Teaching

We are continuously growing our teaching portfolio. We currently offer a general module in micro systems engineering at the bachelor level (currently in German, in the future also in English) and more specialized modules on fabrication processes and characterization technologies, on micro mechanics and micro optics. We will soon add more application-oriented seminars and once the lab is fully established, we aim to offer a lab course.

Labor courses master (and bachelor):

The lab courses are generally offered at the master level, but interested bachelor students can also participate depending on the regulations of their degree program.

Applied microsystems innovation laboratory:

A team project in which students develop and implement an innovative product - based on the VDE’s COSIMA student competition.
