New deepening Micro Systems Engineering in the Master Medical Systems Engineering

Starting from the coming summer semester (2025), students in the master program Medical Systems Engineering can also take the deepening Micro Systems Engineering. Here, they have a choice of modules of the basics of MEMS processes, a choice of topics suitable for medical systems engineering, micro optics, micro fluidics and sensors, a lab course on micro fluidics and a seminar. Prior knowledge on micro systems engineering is not required.
The modules are provided by the chairs of Micro Systems Engineering for Medical Engineering (FEIT), Measurement Technology (FEIT) and Soft Matter (FNW).
