The new deepening Micro Systems Engineering will be offered on the Master's degree course in Medical Systems Engineering from the summer semester 2025.

Currently, we are particularly interested in highly motivated students to complete their final projects in one of two specific topics in system integration for experimental MEMS fabrication equipment.

We are happy to have received the official confirmation for support by the European Regional Development Fund to purchase new equipment for the microsystems laboratory -- just in time for the year-end season.
